Enrichment you can resell

Most data vendors forbid serving clients with their data. We built HeyEnrich for the people who do exactly that, after running a white-label lead-gen service for 50+ agencies.

Volume pricing

Per-contact pricing drops with volume. Pick monthly, quarterly or annual billing; the credits are the same.

Per monthMonthlyQuarterlyAnnualPer work email
30,000 credits + 10,000 phones$49$46 / mo$41 / mo$0.0016
100,000 credits + 30,000 phones$149$139 / mo$124 / mo$0.0015

1,000,000+ creditsTalk to usunder $0.0012

The first row is the self-serve Growth plan; the rest are Custom tiers, indicative until we've seen your list. Work email 1 credit, personal email 2, mobiles from the phone allowance then 5 credits. Unused credits roll over 3 months (12 on annual).

White-label

Two ways to put your name on it. Mix them per client.

Branded portal

Your logo, your domain (enrich.youragency.com), your colours. Clients upload CSVs and download results without ever seeing us. You set each client's credit limit and get a usage report per workspace.

Per-client API sub-keys

For clients who live in Clay or n8n. Each sub-key is scoped to one workspace with its own limit and rate cap. Their usage shows in your dashboard, and their invoice comes from you.

Invoices in your name

Generate a per-client usage invoice with your details and markup. We bill you once a month; what you charge is your business.

Queue, limits and support

What a busy agency needs to know before moving clients over.

Bulk queue
Agency jobs run ahead of self-serve jobs. A 10,000-row file usually finishes in under 15 minutes.
API rate
1,000 requests a minute per account, split across sub-keys as you like.
Shared Slack channel
A Slack Connect channel with the founder in it. Replies within 4 working hours, usually faster.
Compliance pass-through
DPA, sub-processor list, and an opt-out webhook so suppressions reach your clients.

Resale terms

Same words as the terms. No separate agreement to negotiate.

  1. You may deliver enriched records to your clients as part of a service you charge for.
  2. You may white-label the portal and put your own name on invoices on the Custom plan.
  3. Each client gets a workspace, a credit limit and a usage report, so one client's run never eats another's credits.
  4. Suppressions flow through. When someone opts out of HeyEnrich, our webhook tells your workspace so the record leaves your clients' lists too.
  5. You may not republish the database, build a lookup product on top of it, or sell raw exports without a service around them.
FAQ

Agency questions

Can my client see HeyEnrich anywhere?

Not unless you want them to. The portal takes your logo and domain, the CSVs carry no HeyEnrich columns, and invoices go out in your name.

What if one client's job eats the whole pool?

Each workspace has its own credit limit. A job that would pass the limit pauses and you get an email. Nothing runs past what you set.

Can clients call the API directly?

Yes, with a sub-key scoped to their workspace. You see their usage; they never see your key or other clients.

What happens when someone opts out?

Our suppression webhook fires to every workspace that holds the record. Your clients' lists get the removal too, which keeps you clear under GDPR and the CCPA.

Do you sign a DPA?

Yes. The standard one is on /dpa and covers you as controller or processor depending on how you deliver to clients. Your lawyer can mark it up.

Is there a trial on a real list?

Yes. Send a list of up to 2,000 rows after a short form. You get the enriched file and the fill rates, and we talk once you've looked at it.

Test on a real list

Send a real list of up to 2,000 rows. You get it back enriched with the fill rates, and then we talk about volume. No deck, no discovery call first.

Or email hey@heyenrich.io with the file attached.

Or book a call

Fifteen minutes with the founder. Bring a list if you have one and we look at fill rates live. No deck.
