Annual billing is two months free. Credits roll over 3 months on monthly plans and 12 on annual. Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook signups add a card or verify a work email before credits are issued.
How credits work
Credits pay for emails. Phone numbers come from your plan's monthly allowance. One pool covers lookup, bulk and API.

Resale terms
Agencies deliver our data to their clients. Here is what that allows and what it doesn't, in the same words as the terms.
- You may deliver enriched records to your clients as part of a service you charge for.
- You may white-label the portal and put your own name on invoices on the Custom plan.
- Each client gets a workspace, a credit limit and a usage report, so one client's run never eats another's credits.
- Suppressions flow through. When someone opts out of HeyEnrich, our webhook tells your workspace so the record leaves your clients' lists too.
- You may not republish the database, build a lookup product on top of it, or sell raw exports without a service around them.
Guarantees
What we promise, and the limits on it.
- No match, no charge
A field that comes back empty costs nothing. This is how billing works, not a refund you have to ask for.
- Bounce refund
A verified work email that bounces within 30 days gets its credit back. A bulk job with more than 5% bounces on verified addresses is refunded in full. Addresses we marked risky are excluded, because we told you they were risky.
- Cancel any time
Monthly plans stop at the end of the period. Remaining credits stay usable until they expire under the rollover rule.
Pricing questions
What counts as a find?
A find is a value we return with a check date. If we return nothing for a field, that field costs nothing. A work email that comes back marked risky (catch-all) still counts as a find, and we tell you it's risky so you can decide.
How do phone numbers work?
Each plan includes a monthly phone-number allowance: 2,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Growth. A found mobile or direct dial uses one. Beyond the allowance, a mobile costs 5 credits from your credit pool. A miss uses nothing either way.
Do credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits roll over for 3 months on monthly plans and 12 months on annual plans. Phone allowances reset monthly. Credit packs never expire.
What happens if an email bounces?
Email us the bounce within 30 days and we refund the credit. If more than 5% of a bulk job bounces, we refund the whole job. We can only honour this for addresses we marked verified, not ones we marked risky.
How many seats do I get?
As many as you want, on every paid plan. Seats are free. Credits and phone numbers are what you pay for.
Can I resell the data to my clients?
Yes, on the Custom plan, under the resale terms above. Most data vendors forbid this. We built HeyEnrich for agencies, so we wrote it down.
What are the API limits?
Starter gets 60 requests a minute, Growth 300. Custom plans set their own. Bulk jobs run in a queue and don't count against the per-minute limit.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. Tax is calculated at checkout by our merchant of record based on your billing country, and the invoice shows it as a separate line.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans cancel any time from the billing page. Annual plans are paid up front and don't renew without you saying so.
