ZoomInfo alternatives, with the prices ZoomInfo won't publish

ZoomInfo is the biggest name in B2B data and the most expensive to leave. Here are the tools people move to, what they cost as of October 2026, and the two numbers that decide your bill: mobile credits and what a miss costs.

The 30-second answer

If you need intent data, org charts and technographics at enterprise scale, stay on ZoomInfo or look at Cognism. If you need the contacts and will send from your own tool, a credit-based data vendor costs a tenth as much: Apollo for an all-in-one, Lusha for the extension, HeyEnrich for bulk, API and agencies. The table below is sorted by what you're actually paying for.

Why people leave: annual contracts in the tens of thousands, per-seat pricing, and a sales process before you can see a number. For a team under twenty people that's most of the data budget on one vendor.

Checked 2026-10-21 from public pricing pages. "Per seat" plans need one seat per user; credit plans share a pool. Resale means delivering the data to your own clients as part of a service.

Three lanes

Data only

You have a sending tool; you need contacts

HeyEnrich, Lusha, ContactOut, FullEnrich, Prospeo, Hunter, LeadMagic. Compare on credits per mobile, the miss rule, rollover and resale. Seats should be free.

All-in-one

You want data and sequences in one seat

Apollo is the cheapest full stack. Per-seat pricing, credits deducted on export, no resale. Fine if the seat is doing all the work.

Enterprise and EMEA

You need intent, compliance paperwork and mobiles in Europe

Cognism publishes no prices but does publish DNC screening and phone-verified mobiles. ZoomInfo itself stays the answer for org charts and technographics.

What ZoomInfo still does better

Org charts, technographics, intent and the paperwork a procurement team wants. If your buyers are Fortune 1000 and your team is fifty people, the price may be worth it. Nothing on this page replaces that; the tools here replace the contact-data part, which for most teams is the only part they use.

FAQ

ZoomInfo alternative questions

Is Apollo cheaper than ZoomInfo?

Much. $49 per seat per month on annual billing against quotes in the tens of thousands. The catch is per-seat pricing and credits deducted on export whether or not the data was good.

Can I keep my ZoomInfo exports when I leave?

Check your contract; most ZoomInfo agreements require deletion of exported data at termination. Re-enrich the list with the new vendor so the data has a clean source.

Is there a free alternative?

Hunter's free plan gives 50 email lookups a month; ours gives 50 credits once plus three masked lookups a day without an account. Nothing in this category is free at volume, because every provider pays to check data.

Which one is most accurate?

Nobody's single percentage is comparable, because each measures something different. Run the same 500 rows through two tools and count finds, bounces and credits. Our coverage page shows where we're strong before you do.

Which ones allow reselling to clients?

Among these, only HeyEnrich writes resale rights into the plan. Findymail sells separate credit plans for resale. LeadMagic forbids it outright. Read the terms before you build a service on any of them.

How long does switching take?

A credit-based tool has no onboarding. Sign up, upload the list you'd have exported from ZoomInfo, see the fill rate. An afternoon.
