Privacy policy

What we collect from you

• Account details: name, work email, company, billing address.
• Usage: lookups, uploads, API calls and credits, to run the service and bill you.
• Technical: IP address and browser details, for security and rate limiting.

What we don't collect

• Your uploaded contacts are never added to our database.
• We don't read inboxes, address books or calendars, and we don't ask for those permissions on Google or Microsoft sign-in.
• No advertising trackers. Marketing pageviews use a cookieless counter.

Sharing

With sub-processors listed on /subprocessors, each under a contract. With our merchant of record for payment and tax. With authorities when legally required. Never sold.

Retention

Account data for the life of the account plus 90 days. Uploaded files 30 days after a job. Invoices for the period tax law requires.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion and portability on request to privacy@heyenrich.io. EU and UK users can complain to their supervisory authority.
