If you're in our data, this is for you
HeyEnrich holds business contact information about people who have no relationship with us. This page says what we hold, why, where it came from, who gets it, and how to remove it in two minutes.
The short version
What we hold
Name, job title, employer, work location, LinkedIn URL, and where available a work email, personal email and mobile number, each with the date we last checked it.
Why
So businesses can contact you about work: sales, recruiting and partnerships. Our legal basis in the EU and UK is legitimate interest. You can object at any time and we stop.
Who gets it
Our customers, under terms that require them to honour removals. When you remove yourself, we tell every customer who received your record.
Where it came from
Public professional profiles, company websites, email-pattern inference checked against mail servers, and licensed partner data. The full statement is on /data/sources.
How to remove yourself
- 01
Look yourself up
On /opt-out, enter your email, phone or LinkedIn URL. No account needed.
- 02
Confirm with a code
We send a one-time code to that email or number so nobody can remove you by mistake.
- 03
Gone, and kept gone
The record is deleted and a hash goes on a suppression list so we don't re-add you. Customers holding a copy get a suppression event.
Other routes
- Authorised agents can email privacy@heyenrich.io with proof of authority.
- California residents can also use the state's DROP platform; we pull it at least every 45 days.
- To see what we hold rather than delete it, use the same form and choose "show me".
