Find a work email you can send to
Give us a name and a company, or a LinkedIn URL. We pick the right pattern from the company's known format, check the address against the mail server, and return it labelled verified or risky. 1 credit per find. Nothing on a miss.
Three free lookups a day without an account. Values are masked until you sign up.
An email finder is only useful if the address it returns actually delivers. Most finders guess a pattern and hope. Ours starts from 410M work emails we already hold, confirms the company's pattern from the addresses we've seen at that domain, then asks the mail server whether the mailbox exists. That last step is what separates verified from risky, and it's why we can put a check date on every address.
How the email finder works
- 01
You give us a name and a company
Or a company domain, a LinkedIn URL, or a name and city. Whatever you have. The finder accepts all four.
- 02
We look, then we check
The record comes from our own database, not a chain of vendors. Then the address is checked live against the mail server: syntax, MX records, mailbox acceptance.
- 03
You see the result before you pay
Masked on the free tool, in full once you're signed in. Verified means the mailbox answered. Risky means the server accepts everything. Not found means no charge.
What each field costs, and what a miss costs
One credit pool covers lookup, bulk and API. You only spend credits on values we return.
| Field | Credits per find | On a miss | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Work email | 1 | 0 | Mailbox check at lookup time |
| Personal email | 2 | 0 | Syntax, MX and provider acceptance |
| Mobile or direct dial | From your phone allowance, then 5 | 0 | Carrier and line type, monthly |
| Name, title, company, LinkedIn URL | Free with any find | 0 | Updated on each lookup |
Starter is $29 a month for 10,000 credits and 2,000 phone numbers. Full plans and the calculator are on /pricing.

Found, not guessed
The question every finder should answer plainly.
- ✓Addresses come from our own records or the company's confirmed pattern, then get checked live.
- ✓Every result carries verified, risky or not found, plus the date it was checked.
- ✓A catch-all domain is labelled, not hidden. You decide whether to send.
- ✓Nothing is charged when we can't find one.
- ×We don't return a guessed address as if it were found.
- ×We don't charge for a lookup that misses.
- ×We don't scrape LinkedIn when you paste a URL; the URL is matched against records we hold.
- ×We never return a personal address from the free tool without an account.

Email finder questions
Is this a guess or a found email?
Found and checked. We hold 410M work emails and the confirmed email pattern for 31M companies. A result is returned only after the mailbox check. If the server accepts every address, we say risky instead of pretending.
What does risky mean?
The company's mail server is catch-all: it accepts every address, so we can't prove the mailbox exists. We return the address, label it, and charge for it, because the pattern is usually right. Send to risky addresses in smaller batches and watch bounces.
How accurate is it?
Verified addresses bounce under 2% in our own sending over the last 90 days. We publish the method on /data/accuracy rather than a single percentage, because a number without a method tells you nothing.
Why did my lookup return nothing?
Usually a name spelt differently from the record, a company that recently changed domain, or a person who left. Try the LinkedIn URL, or add the company domain. You weren't charged.
Is it free?
Three masked lookups a day without an account. An account comes with 50 credits, which is 50 work emails. Gmail and Outlook signups add a card or verify a work email before credits are issued.
Is finding someone's work email legal?
Contacting someone at work about work is lawful under legitimate interest in the EU and UK and under CAN-SPAM in the US, provided you say who you are and make opting out easy. People in our data can remove themselves at /opt-out.
Can I find emails for a whole list?
Yes. Bulk takes a CSV up to 100,000 rows and returns the same labels per row, with the fill rate shown before the job runs.
