Reach people where they actually read mail
Candidates don't answer their work inbox about a new job, and founders don't answer sales mail at all. Personal email is a first-class field here, not an upsell: 2 credits per find from a LinkedIn URL or a name and location. Nothing charged on a miss.
Personal emails are revealed only to signed-in accounts.
Most finders treat personal email as a line in a feature list. The ones that do it well, ContactOut and Wiza, bundle it into per-seat plans. We price it as a field: 190M personal addresses on file, 2 credits when we find one, zero when we don't, and the date we last checked it on every result.

How it works
- 01
Paste a LinkedIn URL
Or a name and city. The URL is matched against records we hold; we never fetch the LinkedIn page.
- 02
We return the personal email, masked
With its state and check date. Work email and mobile come back in the same lookup if you ask for them.
- 03
Reveal one, or run the list
Upload a CSV of candidate URLs and get the column back. Push to your ATS or download the file.
Personal vs work email: which one, when
| Situation | Use | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Recruiting a passive candidate | Personal | Work inboxes are monitored and candidates won't reply there |
| Selling to a founder or solo operator | Personal | Many have no separate work domain, or ignore it |
| Selling into a company | Work | Lawful under legitimate interest, and it reaches the role |
| Re-engaging someone who changed jobs | Personal | The work address bounced; the personal one followed them |
What each field costs, and what a miss costs
One credit pool covers lookup, bulk and API. You only spend credits on values we return.
| Field | Credits per find | On a miss | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Work email | 1 | 0 | Mailbox check at lookup time |
| Personal email | 2 | 0 | Syntax, MX and provider acceptance |
| Mobile or direct dial | From your phone allowance, then 5 | 0 | Carrier and line type, monthly |
| Name, title, company, LinkedIn URL | Free with any find | 0 | Updated on each lookup |
Starter is $29 a month for 10,000 credits and 2,000 phone numbers. Full plans and the calculator are on /pricing.
Try it on one candidate
Fifty credits on signup. The first personal email you reveal costs two of them.
Personal email questions
Is it allowed to email a candidate's personal address?
Recruiting outreach to a personal address is lawful in most places under legitimate interest, with an easy opt-out and a short, relevant message. Your own compliance team should confirm for your market. We publish a notice for people in the data and honour removals within days.
How do you check personal emails?
Syntax and MX, and whether the provider accepts the mailbox where that's possible. Gmail does; some providers don't. We never send mail to check an address.
Where do personal emails come from?
The same places as everything else: public professional profiles, licensed partner data, and corrections sent to us. The full statement is on /data/sources. Nothing comes from our users' inboxes or address books.
Can I get work email and mobile in the same lookup?
Yes. Ask for the fields you want and you're charged only for the ones that come back: 1 credit for work, 2 for personal; mobiles come from your phone allowance.
How does this compare to ContactOut?
ContactOut is strong on personal emails and bundles unlimited reveals into a $99 per-seat plan with export caps. We price per field with no export cap and resale rights for agencies. The full comparison is on /compare/heyenrich-vs-contactout.
