How a bulk job runs

We detect the columns and ask you to confirm which is name, company, domain, LinkedIn URL or email. Any delimiter, UTF-8, up to 100,000 rows.

Work email, personal email, mobile, or any mix. We show the expected fill rate and the credit range before you confirm.

Download the file
Your columns untouched, ours appended: value, state and check date per field. Usually under 15 minutes for 10,000 rows. You get an email when it's done.
Per-column pricing, and the miss rule
Credits are only spent on rows where a field came back. A 1,000-row file with a 78% work-email fill costs 780 credits for that column, not 1,000.

The details that matter on a real list
Duplicates are free
Two rows for the same person are matched once and charged once. Re-running the same file within 30 days doesn't charge for rows already filled.
Add to an existing list
Upload a new export into the same list and we keep what's there, fill the new rows, and skip the ones already done.
A state on every cell
verified, risky or notfound per field, plus the date. Filter on verified before you send and keep your domain clean.
Your file stays yours
Uploads are deleted 30 days after the job and never added to the database. Agencies can deliver the file under their own name.

Running lists for clients?
Client workspaces, per-client credit limits, white-label exports and resale rights in writing. Test on a real list of up to 2,000 rows first.

What file types do you take?
CSV only. If it's an Excel file, save it as CSV and try again. Any delimiter, UTF-8 or Latin-1, header row required.
Which columns do I need?
A LinkedIn URL column, or a name column plus a company or domain column. An email column alone works for reverse lookups. Everything else is optional and passes through untouched.
Do I pay for rows you can't fill?
No. Credits are spent per filled cell. The expected fill rate and credit range are shown before you confirm the job.
How long does it take?
Usually under 15 minutes for 10,000 rows, and the job keeps running if you close the tab. Agency jobs run ahead of self-serve jobs in the queue.
Will you keep my uploaded contacts?
No. Files are deleted 30 days after the job and never added to the database. The check on this page runs entirely in your browser.
Can I run bulk from the API?
Yes. POST /v1/bulk with rows or a file, get a job id, poll or take a webhook. Idempotency keys stop a retried upload running twice.
