The short version
- ✓You pay for fields we return, not for lookups that miss.
- ✓You may use the data to contact people about business.
- ✓Custom plan customers may deliver enriched records to their clients under the resale terms on /pricing.
- ✓Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual plans don't auto-renew.
- ×No spam, harassment, or consumer marketing.
- ×No reselling outside the Custom plan.
- ×No republishing the database or building a lookup product on it.
- ×No ignoring suppression events we send you: delete the records they name.
