Candidates, reached where they answer
Personal email and mobile from a LinkedIn URL, priced per field. Run a shortlist in bulk, push to your ATS, or look up one profile at a time. Nothing charged for the ones we can't find.
Personal emails and mobiles are revealed only to signed-in accounts.
A work email is useless for poaching: the candidate's employer can read it. Recruiters need the personal address and the mobile, and most data vendors treat both as an upsell on a per-seat plan. Here they're fields: 190M personal emails and 120M mobiles on file, 2 and 5 credits per find, zero when there isn't one.
Candidate coverage
Share of people with the field on file, before the lookup-time check. By function and seniority on /data/coverage.

Shortlist to outreach in an afternoon
Paste the URLs from your sourcing tool, get personal email and mobile back, push to Greenhouse or Lever. Seats are free, so the whole team shares one pool.
Every search, separate
A workspace per client search with its own credit limit. Export under your name. Resale rights are written down, which matters when a client asks who the data came from.
One profile, one click
The lookup box takes a LinkedIn URL and returns both fields masked. Reveal the ones worth it. The extension, when it ships, does the same inside LinkedIn.
Re-check before a campaign
Personal emails follow people between jobs, but mobiles change. Re-run a list and only the changed values cost anything.
What you get back per field
Find rate is our average on US and UK lists. Credits are spent only on values returned.
| Field | Credits | Average find rate | On a miss |
|---|---|---|---|
| Work email | 1 | 78% | 0 |
| Personal email | 2 | 41% | 0 |
| Mobile or direct dial | Phone allowance, then 5 | 52% | 0 |
| Title, company, domain, LinkedIn URL | Free with any find | 90%+ | 0 |

A CSV with a LinkedIn URL column from Recruiter, Sales Navigator or your sourcing tool.

Fill rate shown before you pay. Each candidate costs 2 credits for the email and 5 for the mobile, only when found.

Reach out, then push to the ATS
Short message, one-click opt-out. Candidates who ask to be removed from HeyEnrich are removed from your copy too.
Try it on a live search
Fifty credits on signup. That's roughly seven candidates with both fields, or twenty-five with personal email alone.
Recruiter questions
Is emailing a candidate's personal address lawful?
Recruiting outreach to a personal address is lawful in most markets under legitimate interest, with a short relevant message and an easy opt-out. We publish a notice for people in the data and remove anyone who asks within days. Your own compliance team should confirm for your jurisdiction.
How is this different from ContactOut?
ContactOut bundles unlimited reveals into a $99 per-seat plan with export caps; good if you reveal all day inside the extension. We price per field with no export cap, bulk and API on every plan, and resale rights for agencies. Full comparison on /compare/heyenrich-vs-contactout.
Which ATS integrations exist?
CSV export works with every ATS. Native pushes for Greenhouse and Lever are on the roadmap; until then, Zapier or n8n moves the file in two steps.
Do candidates know they're in the data?
Anyone can see what we hold and remove themselves at /opt-out, no account needed. When they do, every customer holding the record gets a suppression event.
What about GDPR for candidates in the EU?
Legitimate interest for professional contact, a published Article 14 notice, and the right to object at any time, honoured at /opt-out. The DPA on /dpa covers you as controller for your own outreach.
