What Apollo does well
- One login for prospecting, sequences and calling. If you want everything in one place, that is the point of Apollo.
- Deep filters and intent signals that a pure data vendor doesn't have.
- A large free tier for getting a feel for the data.
Where HeyEnrich fits better
- You already have a sending tool (Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach) and only need the data.
- You bill clients. Apollo's terms don't give you resale rights; ours do, in writing.
- You want 2,000 phone numbers included at $29 instead of 8 credits each, and nothing charged on a miss.
- You enrich from code. One request returns one record with a check date on every field.
Quick verdict
Pick Apollo if you want one tool for the whole outbound motion. Pick HeyEnrich if you already have the sending stack and want cheaper, checkable data you can resell.
You want sequences, a dialer and data in one seat and don't mind paying per seat.
You need data only, you run lists for clients, or you call it from Clay, n8n or your own code.

HeyEnrich vs Apollo questions
Can I use HeyEnrich alongside Apollo?
Yes. Many teams keep Apollo for sequences and run the list through HeyEnrich first for the email and mobile. The CSV comes back with the same row order, so it drops straight in.
Is HeyEnrich's database bigger than Apollo's?
Our record count is higher on paper. That matters less than coverage for the people you actually look up, which is why we publish the field-by-field table on /data/coverage with a date.
Does Apollo allow reselling its data?
Not under its standard terms as of our last check. If you deliver lists to clients, read the agreement before you rely on it. HeyEnrich's Custom plan spells out what you can and can't do.
