HeyEnrich for Google Sheets
For lists under a few thousand rows, a function in a cell is faster than an upload. Returns the value or the state, recalculates only when you ask, and never spends credits on a sheet reload.
The function
=HEYENRICH(A2, "work_email") → p.raman@northwind-traders.example
=HEYENRICH(A2, "work_email", "state") → verified
=HEYENRICH(A2, "mobile") → +15125550141
=HEYENRICH(A2, "mobile", "line_type") → mobile
=HEYENRICH(A2, "personal_email") → (empty, 0 credits, if not found)
A2 can be a LinkedIn URL, "First Last, domain.com", or a work email.Setup
- 01
Install the add-on
From the Workspace Marketplace, or from app.heyenrich.io/integrations/sheets.
- 02
Paste your key once
Extensions → HeyEnrich → Set API key. Stored per user, not in the sheet.
- 03
Fill down, then freeze
Results are cached in the sheet. Use Extensions → HeyEnrich → Freeze values when you're done so a reload never re-runs them.
Actions and what each costs
The same credits as everywhere else. A miss inside any integration costs nothing.
| Action | Input | Returns | Credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Look up person | LinkedIn URL, name + domain, or work email | work_email, personal_email, mobile with state and checked_at | 1 / 2 / 5 per field found |
| Company by domain | Domain | Email pattern and share, catch-all, MX provider, headcount band | 1, or free with a person match |
| Verify email | Address | state and checked_at | 0.5 |
| Bulk job | Rows or a file | Job id, then a download URL | Same per filled field |
Sheets questions
Will reloading the sheet spend credits?
No. Cells recalculate only when you trigger a run from the menu, and results are cached by input. Freezing turns them into plain values.
How many rows?
Comfortable up to a few thousand. Beyond that, upload the sheet as a CSV to bulk; it's faster and shows the fill rate first.
Can my teammates use it?
Each person pastes their own key. Credits come from the shared team pool, and usage shows per person.
