Apollo alternatives for people who only need the data
Apollo bundles data with sequences and a dialer. If you already have a sending tool, you're paying per seat for features you don't use and losing credits on exports that didn't find anything. These are the data-only options, priced as of October 2026.
Why teams switch
Three reasons come up every time: credits deducted per export whether or not the record was good, per-seat pricing that scales with headcount rather than usage, and terms that don't allow delivering data to clients. None of those matter if Apollo is your whole outbound stack. All of them matter if you use Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach or a CRM to send.
At a glance
Apollo is the last row as the baseline.

Checked 2026-10-21 from public pricing pages. "Per seat" plans need one seat per user; credit plans share a pool. Resale means delivering the data to your own clients as part of a service.
One pick per reason
HeyEnrich or FullEnrich
Both charge nothing on a miss. Ours includes 2,000 phone numbers at $29 where FullEnrich charges 10 credits each, with a check date on every value.
HeyEnrich or Hunter
Seats are free; the team shares one credit pool. Hunter is email only; we add personal email and mobile.
HeyEnrich
The only one here with resale rights in writing. LeadMagic forbids it; the rest don't mention it.
Lusha or Prospeo
If the work happens inside LinkedIn one profile at a time, both have polished extensions. Compare credits per month.
Where Apollo is still the right call
If you want sequences, a dialer, meetings and data in one seat, Apollo is the cheapest way to get all of it, and its free tier is generous for getting a feel. The full head-to-head with credit economics is on /compare/heyenrich-vs-apollo.
Keep Apollo for sequences, run the list through us first
The CSV comes back in the same row order with the email and mobile filled in, so it drops straight into an Apollo sequence.
Apollo alternative questions
Does Apollo charge credits when nothing is found?
In most flows credits are deducted per export or reveal. Check your plan's rules; they've changed more than once. Every tool in the data-only lane above charges nothing on a miss.
Can I use HeyEnrich alongside Apollo?
Yes. Many teams keep Apollo for sequences and run the list through HeyEnrich first for the email and mobile. Same row order in, same row order out.
Is there a free alternative?
Hunter's free plan gives 50 email lookups a month; ours gives 50 credits once plus three masked lookups a day without an account. Nothing in this category is free at volume, because every provider pays to check data.
Which one is most accurate?
Nobody's single percentage is comparable, because each measures something different. Run the same 500 rows through two tools and count finds, bounces and credits. Our coverage page shows where we're strong before you do.
Which ones allow reselling to clients?
Among these, only HeyEnrich writes resale rights into the plan. Findymail sells separate credit plans for resale. LeadMagic forbids it outright. Read the terms before you build a service on any of them.
